The Party Chief plays a key role, reporting directly to the Division Survey Manager. As the Company’s authority during vessel mobilization and acquisition phases, the Party Chief takes full ownership of offshore marine survey projects. This position involves overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring that all survey activities are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

During offshore assignments, the Party Chief is dispatched to the vessel, where they lead the mobilization process, coordinate the survey team, manage equipment, and ensure that project objectives are met within the designated timelines. The primary mission of the Party Chief is to maximize vessel utilization, minimize downtime, and ensure the smooth and successful delivery of each project.
